This year, we proudly celebrate 35 years of providing unparalleled service and repairs solutions at Pumpmaster. Since 1989, we’ve grown from humble beginnings to becoming the UK’s leading specialist for Saniflo.
Our journey has been marked by hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence, building a reputation for expertise, reliability and customer care.
We owe much of our success to the trust and support of our loyal customers and clients, who have been an integral part of our journey. From day one, we set out to provide top-quality service and repair solutions on behalf of Saniflo SFA, ensuring that our customers’ homes and businesses run smoothly with reliable pump systems. Over the decades, we’ve expanded our knowledge, honed our skills and embraced innovation, all while maintaining the personal touch that comes with being a family-run company.
Our vans through the decades
Reflecting on our 35-year journey, we’ve reached countless milestones – from improving our repair processes to expanding our service area and enhancing customer satisfaction. Every success has been fuelled by our dedicated team, who’s expertise and professionalism continue to define who we are.

As we celebrate this significant anniversary, we look forward to the future with excitement. The future holds exciting opportunities for Pumpmaster as we continue to evolve and adapt to meet the changing needs of our customers. With advances in pump technology and our commitment to sustainability, we are dedicated to expanding our services and delivering even more innovative, eco-friendly solutions.
As always, our focus will remain on providing the exceptional service and reliability our customers have come to expect. We’re excited for the next chapter in the Pumpmaster story and look forward to celebrate many more years of success and growth.
35 years of Pumpmaster! I can only speak for the 25 I’ve been here—a family-run SME with a warm, supportive team and a management ethos that’s always been about investing in people.
Back then, there were just four models in the Saniflo range. Now, it’s grown into a collection of domestic and commercial products. Pumpmaster has grown too, expanding to cover 13 counties while still holding onto its family-style charm.
Our commitment to people hasn’t wavered. We’ve helped young team members achieve qualifications in business administration, and many have stayed, bringing their energy and ideas. Together, we’re ready to dive into the next 35 years with just as much enthusiasm.
