What Your Visit Price Includes
We use one inclusive visit charge rather than separating the appointment into a call-out fee and an hourly labour charge.
Included in the standard visit
- Engineer travel and attendance within our service area
- Inspection of the Saniflo unit and its connections
- Fault diagnosis and professional advice
- Cleaning and routine service work where required
- Checks to the connected pipework
- Labour carried out during the appointment
- Operational testing following the work
Parts and replacement units
- Our engineers carry a wide range of genuine Saniflo parts
- Many common repairs can be completed during the first visit
- Parts used during a repair are charged separately
- Replacement pumps and complete units are charged separately
- The engineer will explain the work completed and any parts fitted
Most faults are resolved during the first appointment because our engineers specialise in Saniflo systems and carry commonly required genuine parts in their vehicles.

Pricing FAQs
What does the standard visit price include?
Our standard price is one inclusive visit charge covering the engineer’s travel, attendance, inspection, fault diagnosis, cleaning, checks to the unit and connected pipework, and labour carried out during the appointment.
Can you usually repair the unit during the first visit?
Yes. Most faults are resolved during the first appointment. Our engineers are experienced Saniflo specialists and carry a wide range of genuine service and repair parts in their vehicles.
Is the price different for a service and a repair?
No. The same standard visit price applies whether you are booking routine servicing or asking us to investigate and repair a fault.
Are replacement parts included?
Replacement parts and complete replacement units are charged separately where required. Our engineers carry many commonly needed genuine Saniflo parts and will explain any parts used during the repair.
Is VAT included in your prices?
We show both the price before VAT and the total including VAT. Our standard domestic visit is £125 plus VAT, which is £150 including VAT.
How much does it cost to service more than one domestic unit?
The first domestic unit is charged at £125 plus VAT. Additional domestic units attended during the same visit are charged at £89 plus VAT each.
How much does a commercial visit cost?
The first commercial unit is charged at £165 plus VAT. Additional commercial units attended during the same visit are charged at £115 plus VAT each.
How much does a dual-pump system visit cost?
Our standard visit price for a dual-pump system is £225 plus VAT. This applies to systems including the Sanicubic 2 and Sanicom 2.
Contact our office if you are unsure which type of system you have.
Do prices vary depending on where I live?
No. Our standard prices apply throughout our normal service area, with no additional charge for more distant postcodes within that area.
Are warranty repairs chargeable?
No. Where the unit and fault are confirmed as eligible under the Saniflo warranty, our standard visit charge does not apply.
What happens if the unit cannot be repaired?
Although most faults are resolved during the visit, occasionally a repair may not be possible or replacing the unit may be the more practical option.
The standard visit charge still applies because it covers the engineer’s attendance, inspection, cleaning, diagnosis, pipework checks and labour carried out during the appointment. The engineer will explain the fault and advise you on the available next steps.
