Who We are
At Pumpmaster, our work is driven by the experience and commitment of our team. Their practical knowledge and problem-solving approach underpin the reputation we have built for reliable Saniflo service and repair.
The Office Team
Based at our Worcester head office, our office team keeps everything running behind the scenes. They answer your calls, arrange appointments, plan engineers’ routes, handle warranty work and support customers from the first enquiry through to completion.
Often the first people you speak to, they make sure every visit is organised clearly and efficiently.
The Engineering Team
Our experienced engineers travel across our service area, carrying out Saniflo repairs, servicing and warranty work in homes and commercial properties. Trained by Saniflo and equipped with genuine parts, they diagnose faults and complete repairs wherever possible during the first visit.
Professional, practical and properly equipped, they work to get every system running again with minimal disruption.
