Pumpmaster and Saniflo UK took part in the Worcester Race for Life on Saturday 18 July, raising more than £1,200 for Cancer Research UK.
A Brilliant Team Effort
Members from our head office and engineering team completed Race for Life’s 5K at Worcester Racecourse, alongside Conor Reeves, UK Sales Manager and Wendy Shore, National Sales Manager from Saniflo UK.
Some ran, some walked, but everyone successfully crossed the finish line, and the support we received from colleagues, customers, friends and family was fantastic.
Worcester Race for Life gave Pumpmaster and Saniflo UK the opportunity to unite together as a team outside of work while supporting a cause that has affected so many people.
There was a brilliant atmosphere around the course, with thousands of runners, walkers and supporters coming together for Cancer Research UK.
An incredible amount raised
Following the event, Worcester News reported that the Worcester Race for Life raised and incredible £213,435 for Cancer Research UK.
It is an amazing result for Worcester, and we are proud to have played a small part in reaching that total, by raising over £1,200 through fundraising and donations.
