We recently had the pleasure of attending the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Group Training Association (HWGTA) Annual Apprentice Awards Evening, an event dedicated to recognising the achievements of apprentices across the region. This celebration brings together apprentices, their families, employers, and community members to applaud the commitment and accomplishments of those embarking on skilled trades and careers.
A Night of Recognition and Inspiration
For us, the highlight of the evening was supporting Ethan-Jay Band, our Business Administration apprentice whose dedication and hard work was acknowledged alongside fellow apprentices.We’re thrilled to share that Ethan received a distinction, a testament to his dedication and hard work. Seeing these young professionals celebrated for their contributions and growth underscored the importance of fostering talent and skills within our industry and beyond. Apprenticeships are at the heart of building a skilled workforce that supports local communities and drives the future of trades and services.
Looking Forward to Another Year of Growth
As we celebrated Ethan’s achievements, we were reminded of the value apprentices bring to the table. His dedication to learning, commitment to quality, and passion for growth make us exceptionally proud to be part of his journey.
